Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Dispatch

Every order is packed by hand. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery

Orders are sent by SingPost tracked mail and usually arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Orders under S$40: S$3.50 tracked delivery
• Orders S$40 and above: free tracked delivery

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email us at alussence@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with SingPost.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to cover the cost of re-sending orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
